Aisling Bea

Aisling B a is born on on 16 March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. She was seen on QI together alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16th March 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea's career began in 2011 as a comedian following her appearance in a few part in Irish and British TV series starting in 2009. In 2012, she started to regularly appear on sketches and sitcoms. In 2012, following her won an award at Edinburgh Comedy Awards (ECA) in 2012, she began appearing frequently in panel programs. In 2016 and 2017, she was the team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. Also, she is a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her include Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. She has a younger sister, Sinead. The only female winner of So You Think You're Funny in 2012. Her surname honors the memory of her father who passed away. Aisling Claiodhnadh, born 16 March 1984 at Kildare, County Kildare. Bea's father Brian who was an equine vet, who took his own life after Bea turned three, was a suicide victim. Bea was informed of his passing at the age of thirteen. In 2017, Bea wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and adopted her stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea was fostered by her younger sister Sinead with Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary instructor, trainer of jockeys, and former professional racer. Her family were in love with racing meetings and horses. Bea was a guide for The Irish National Stud in her young days. However, she knew that it wasn't what she wanted to be as a profession and preferred to perform.
